Friendly welcome, good breakfast, warm hosts. . The location is really good: Very nice city district, located directly at the Volunteer Park and only 50m from a bus stop where you can get to the city center for 2Dollar50 - and back again. The salon is also open to guests during the day or in the evening, e.g. to read a book or wind down the evening.
Our room was already very cramped (but it was also the smallest of the 4 available rooms), also the bathroom.

Our room with a large bathroom and balcony was fairly quiet and absolutely gorgeous, and the location wasn't far from the business area of Capitol Hill and scenic.

A comfortable guest house with wonderful antiques in the lounge and breakfast room creates a cozy atmosphere. Thanks to Sophia, who takes care of every guest as a family friend, it’s time to relax! We liked the fact that we haven't our room cleaned every day. As soon as you needed something, the wish was granted! We felt very comfortable for almost two weeks. Thanks, Sofia.

Our host's Valentina and Sophia were most excellent and we felt like family our entire stay. Their bed and breakfast is situated in a beautiful upscale area of Seattle complete with very nicely landscaped grounds, free parking and easy walking access to a nearby park, eateries and bus access to Pikes market downtown. The rooms, beds and pillows and linen were extremely clean and comfortable. Valentina and her daughter Sophia put on beautiful breakfasts and also warmly invited us to enjoy our own snacks on the gorgeous front porch complete with a comfortable sitting and snacking area. We would not hesitate to recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting Seattle.

The home is a very beautiful older home in the heart of the historic capitol district of Seattle. The guest house is 1 block from Volunteer Park with an excellent walk, view of the city from an old water tower and conservatory. Our hostess was very inviting and breakfast/conversation made us feel at home. We loved the crossaint french toast!
